Property: The description of the deed of agreement is starting remembering the
name of almighty merciful Allah. As the below schedule mentioned property on
dated 18/12/1978 AD in memorandum no- 4401/D.C.S as attached by a booking
letter Assistant Commissioner, Settlement, Public Housing Ministry, Government
Of The People's Republic Of Bangladesh, (1) Md. Abdul Wadud, Father- Late Abdul
Gafur, (2) Md. Abu Musa, Father- Late Ramij Uddin Ahmed, (3) Md. Abdul Majid,
Father- Late Moulovi Ahsan Ullah And (4) Md. Abdul Kader Sarkar, Father-
Moulovi Safdar Ali Sarkar jointly the booking has been given to them. Then last
dated 07/05/1979 AD in memorandum no- 917/UBM

mentioned booking receiver the real ownership of the mentioned land has been
made understood and overall last dated 07/12/1979 AD in Dhaka Sadar Joint Sub-
Registrar Mohamadpur Office is registered by a permanent lease deed no- 6086 by
the Assistant Commissioner, Settlement, Housing Ministry, Government Of The
People's Republic Of Bangladesh the schedule mentioned land is registered to
the booking receiver. Then (1) Md. Abdul Wadud, father- Late Abdul Gafor, (2)
Md. Abu Musa, father- Late Ramij Uddin Ahmed, (3) Md. Abdul Majid, father- late

needed cash money so from the below schedule mentioned land of his share 100
square gaze land as has declared to sell publicly Mrs Sufia Begym, Husband- Md.
Abu Musa getting introduction of the schedule mentioned land appropriately and
verifying the appropriate market price as expressed interest to purchase from
Md. Abdul Wadud Assistant Commissioner, Settlement, Housing Ministry,
Government Of The People's Republic Of Bangladesh approval of his share to
purchase, which is memorandum no- M-P-498/78/3972/A, Date- 17/06/1993 after
receiving last dated dated 28/06/1993 AD in the sale deed no- 3134, is
registered to Mrs Sufia Begum. Then Md. Abdul Majid as like Md. Abdul Wadud
from the below schedule mentioned land of his share approximately 100 square
gaze from Assistant Commissioner, Settlement, Housing Ministry, Government of
The People's Republic Of Bangladesh receiving the approval letter to his own
son Dr. Md Golam Mostafa a donation deed of agreement is registered. Then Md.
Abu Musa And Md. Abdul Kader Sarkar through registered lease deed the below
schedule mentioned land is having been in possession and ownership.
Terms And Conditions
1. The 2nd party developer by their own
responsibility, expenditure and management the below written 'A' schedule
mentioned land on that as per approval by the Rajdhani Unnoyon Kortipakkha will
construct below 'B' schedule mentioned 9 storied residential building. The number
of car parking and flats of the building will get proportionately 50% for the
developer and 50% for land owner will receive.

2. The owners of the land 1st party of the deed
jointly in the below 'A' schedule mentioned land proportionately non divided
and non marked with land below 'C' schedule mentioned 865 square feet (more or
less) in measurement of 8 flats and with 50% car parking will receive
ownership. There is to be mentioned that, 2nd party developer in the schedule mentioned
land after the accomplishment of the proposed building the keys of the
mentioned car parking and flats to the 1st aprty owners of the land will be
transferred.
3. The 2nd party developer of the deed the below
"A" schedule mentioned including non divided and non marked the below
"D" schedule mentioned 865 square feet (more or less_ in measurement
of 8 flats and 50% car parking will receive ownership. There is to be mentioned
that 2nd party developer including the non divided and non marked proportionate
land in the schedule "D" mentioned all of the flats of its ownership
will receive and 2nd party developer in his owned share flats will be able to
register deed of all types of ownership transfer. There is to be more mentioned
that 2nd aprty developer in his share the mentioned flats in the name of the
desired buyers for receiving housing loans/ mortgage with any bank/ loan paying
organization will be able to accomplish all of the activities.
4. The 2nd party developer at the time of
construction of the building as for rent and related expenditure to manage the
expenditures to the 1st party land owners total 30,00,000/= (thirty lakhs taka)
only will pay. Among the mentioned 30,00,000/= (thirty lakhs taka) as for
accomplishment the deed of agreement and to the 2nd party developer of the deed
by the 1st party land owners on the day of accomplishment attorney general
deed/ signature date 15,00,000/= (fifteen lakhs taka) only which is in the name
of 1) Md. Abu Musa 3,75,000/= (three lakhs seventy five thousands) taka and in
the name of 2) Abdul Kader 3,75,000/= (three lakhs seventy five thousands) taka
and in the name of 3) Dr Md. Golam Mostafa 3,75,000/= (three lakhs seventy five
thousands) taka and in te name of Mrs Sufia Begum 3,75,000/= (three lakhs
seventy five thousands) taka check will pay. And by the 1st party land owners
to the 2nd party developer on the day of transfer ownership of the schedule mentioned
empty land rest of the amount of 15,00,000/= (fifteen lakhs taka) will pay
which is in the name of 1) Md. Abu Musa 3,75,000/= (three lakhs seventy five
thousands) taka and in the name of 2) Abdul Kader 3,75,000/= (three lakhs
seventy five thousands) taka and in the name of 3) Dr Md. Golam Mostafa

3,75,000/= (three lakhs seventy five thousands) taka
and in te name of Mrs Sufia Begum 3,75,000/= (three lakhs seventy five
thousands) taka check will pay therefore.
There is to be mentioned that, 2nd party developer after
receiving of te schedule mentioned empty land its sign board will be able to
attach in the land. There is to be more mentioned that, 1st party land owners
will not be able to make any excuse or objection the ownership of the schedule mentioned
land to the developer.
5. For the purpose of construction residential
building as mentioned in the deed below schedule mentioned plot getting
approval of sketch map from Rajuk or getting ownership of the vacant land
whichever will accomplish early from that date 24 (twenty four) months and 6
(six) months grace time in total within 30 (thirty) months the mentioned
project will accomplish. If the mentioned time is exceeds meaning from the 31st
month second party against the apartment of the 1st party monthly rate total
1,00,000/= (one lakh taka) only will pay as for house rent. To get approval
from Rajuk there is needed from three to six months.
6. 1st party/ land owner in the 'A' schedule
mentioned land in case of the construction of residential building no amount of
money will spend or in the construction work 1st party/ land owner without
having been legal assistance no any types of responsibility will comply. But
regarding the ownership of the land if any types of difficulties are found its
all of the responsibility the land owner will bear.

7. 2nd party/ developer after getting ownership of the
documents in own expenditure, responsibility and management from Rajuk taking
the approval of the sketch map and after getting the ownership of the land the
construction works will be able to accomplish.
8. By the 1st party land owners to the developer
after transferring the ownership of the schedule mentioned land in vacant on
the 2nd party/ developer schedule mentioned land or in any other place anywhere
regarding that sign board will be able to attach and in any media the
advertisement to sell apartment will be able to publish.
9. On the "A" schedule mentioned land
among the constructed residential building 2nd party/ developer as per
proportionately with rights of possession of land and other all of the rights
to get enjoyed 8 apartments and 50% car parking and the share of the land will
receive proportionately, which is mentioned in 'D' in the deed of agreement.
10. All types of connections such as wasa, gas,
electricity, sewerage management everything 2nd party, will accomplish in own
expenditure to the 1st party. By the 1st party after transferring the land
ownership to the 2nd party up to the transfer of the project all types of bill
2nd party will bear. After transferring the land the all of the bills
previously received 1st party will pay.
11. At the time of the accomplishment of the deed of
agreement on the A schedule mentioned land 2nd party/ developer as per terms of
the contract the constructed residential building 1st party/ land owner
apartment, car parking and without proportionate land rest of the apartment and
car parking based on the business will sell to buyers.

of professor of the subject related to cadre in B.C.S (general education) in the
position of professor in national salary scale of the subject on related cadre

based on the terms as written below-
(A)
Primarily he is in the public administration training center or any other
organization of te government on the specific subject at least 4 months of curriculum
training will have to be received. In case of necessary government will be able
to increase or decrease the time period.
(B)
After the accomplishment of the mentioned training he is in job related
organization whatever the government decides same as professional and special
types of training of training will have to be received.
(C)
The training as mentioned in sub- section no- (A) and (V) after the accomplishment
the mentioned training successfully and after the success of the departmental
examination if the internee period satisfactorily exceeds then he will be made
permanent.
(D)
He will have to work as for internee for two years. At the time of internee
period if he has been kept in the job is considered as non appropriate then
without showing any cause and without consultation with the work commission his
job will be able to terminate.
(E)
Before starting the training as mentioned in the passage no- (A) with one
affidavit provider on a stamp in price of 5 taka regarding that a bond will
have to be accomplished if he is at the time of internee period or after the
exceeds of internee period within 3 years if he terminates the job then at the
time training his salary as for allowance which is paid and for his training
the spent all of the amount of money
will have to be obliged to be refunded to the government.
(G)
If his termination before accepted by the government as per sub- section no-
(E) without refund money of the government if he is absent in the workplace
then as per sub- section no- (E) all of the receivable amount of money from him
as per regulation of Public Demand Recovery Act, 1913 (Act No- 3 of 1913) as
per the section will be collected and as per Government Employee (Order and
Appeal) Regulation, 1985 against him the punishment will be able to be taken.
(H)
His seniority will be specified as per government regulation.
(I)
If he marries any foreign citizen then this appointment will be counted as
cancelled.
(J)
His job will be controlled by the regulation and laws made in future by the
government and order as per traditional regulation of the government regarding
the subject of his job similarly which is not mentioned specifically in the
letter as well.
(K)
For joining in this job he will not receive any types of tour/ daily
allowances.

If the terms and conditions as above mentioned is accepted to him then within
within next 30th November, 1913 by the Education Ministry in the instructed workplace,
and from the mentioned ministry if the instruction is not received from the mentioned
ministry to join in the workplace then to join in the mentioned ministry he has
been requested. On the specific date if not joined in the job there will be
considered he is not agreed to join in the job and the appointment letter will
be counted as terminated.
