The sincre request with due respect is that, I am Ayesha Siddiqua Alias Jui (27), father- Md. Azizur Haque, Vilalge- Hashimpur, Police Station- Chirir Bandar, District- Dinajpur, A/ P- House No- A- 47, 3/ B, Jgannatpur, Shaheed Abdul Aziz Road, Rajanigandha House 5th Floor, Police Station- Vatara, Dhaka regarding the complain case is made on that last dated 17/02/2013 AD the complaints 1. Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif Uddin (32), father- Anamul Haque Mohammad Mohiuddin, Mother- Morium Begum Alias Parul, Village- Yakub Nagar Complex Box Home, Police Station- Shitakundo, District- Chittagong with I have got marriage by a marriage deed therefore. After some days of marriage the mentioned with his parents including brother and sisters in supports and solicitation of them to me to get dowry as was tortured physically and mentally against them in Dhaka Paltan Police Station complain case no- 35, Date- 30/07/2014 AD, as per section no- 11 (C)/30 of Women And Children Suppression Law, 2000 (Amended 2003) the complain case is made. The above mentioned complain case as has been investigated after the submission of charge sheet in discussion in between both of the parties I am with him to make family as has been made settlement again I have started family life with him and he has taken me to the home situated under Mohammadpur polcie station in Dhaka Uddan in Block no- A, Road No- 2, House No- 26 in its 6th floor which was taken in rent. In the above mentioned home last dated 01/08/2016 AD as was in living there taking sexual organism medicine with me the altered sexual behabior meaning have become involved in raping which is the sign is preserved. Then to me for demanding dowry as was made tortures I have been become helpless in Mohammadpur police station complain case no- 10, Date- 03/11/2018 AD, as per section no- 11 (C)/30 of Women And Children Suppression Law, 2000 (Amended 2003) the complain case is made. The mentioned complain case at the time of investigation by the investigation officer it has been known that the complaint Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif last dated 20/10/2014 AD my husband gave me divorce and it kept to me secret. The complaint Monzurul Haque Migammad Arif though has given me divorce the subject of divorce has kept to me secret taking me in Dhaka Uddan situated home as husband and wife were living there and with me physical relation kept continued. Finally last dated 21/09/2018 AD at around 10.00 PM at night he has raped against my wishes. The above mentioned activity as I have been informed to my sister in law Md. Jiaur Rahman Alias Jia (40), Father- Md. Azizur Rahman, Village- South Idilpur, Home of Khalil Shawdagar, Police Station- Shitakundo, District- Chittaging, Official Address- Merchandiser, Kelgedionia, Uttora, Dhaka including to his parents they have not taken any steps and anti cooperation behavior has made with me. The subject of above mentioned divorce as I do not known, after getting the information about divorce taking the details information making becoming informed so there has somewhat late to make this complain case. Shahab Uddin (Home Owner) (42), Father- Late Balu Mia, Village- Hazipur, Police Station- Begumganj, District- Niakhali, Present Address_ Dhaka Uddan situated there in Block No- A, Road No- 2, House No- 26, (3) Abdul Kuddis (55), father- Late Mohon Munshi, Village- Kalsindur, Police Station- Dhobaura, District- Moymanshingha, Present Address: Dhaka Uddan situated there Block No- A, Raod No- 2, House No- 26, (4) Md. Saifun Newaz (37), Father- Md. Kazi shah Newaz, Village- Hazipur, Police Station- Begumganj, District- Noakhali, Present Address: Assisitant Professor, BUET ARI, Department, Police Station- Shahbag, Dhaka, (5) Md. Shah Newaz Hasnati rabbi Rumel (40), father- Unknown, Present Address: Assistant Professor, BUET ARI Department, Police Station- Shahbag, Dhaka all of them know regarding the incident.
