Nur Hossen (25), Father- Idris Ali, Village- Rampur (Home Of Idris), Ward No- 08, 2. Md. Raju (20), Father- Ahmed Ali, Village- Same As Above (Home of Sultan Dafadar), Ward No- 08, UP No- 12, Charshahi, north of Police Station and District- Lakkhipur including becoming present in your police station the complain case is made on that, on dated 11/01/2012 AD as mentioned above accompanied with forces in Lakkhipur DB office in M. C. C. No- 20/12, in the core on dated 11/01/2012 AD in the area of Lakkjipur Police Station as the special operation was operated based on the secret news we have known that, under this police station situated in Jaksin Bazaar in four square as was going through walking in front of the brick mortar built road the complaints are coming for the purpose to sell fensidil. The above mentioned news through detectives becoming informed in  details accompanied with forces at around 22.00 PM at noon the above mentioned arrested complaints in the seizure list through the motorcycle vehicle as soon as has come in the incident place I am accompanied with forces making the above mentioned stopped among them 01 complaint on whom in the school bag as has searched then has found import banned 50 (fifty) bottles of fensidles taking in own savings, regarding the fensidiles as has been questioned the arrested were unable to answer satisfactorily. Their names and addresses as have been questioned the above mentioned names and addresses are given therefore.

The sincere request with respect is that, I am P S I/ Kanu Adhikari and accompanied with Kang/ 1928 Anik Mazumdar, Kang/ 2391 Habibur Rahman, Kang/ 2439 Minhaz Uddin all of the them in Chandaish Police station, Chittagong including the arrested complaints Md. Azad Rahman (34), Father- Mokhlesur Rahman, Mother- Asina Rahman, Village- South Bala Para, Pakerhat, Police Station- Khansama, District- Dinajpur and from his preservation in the core of the seizure list the seized 394 (three hundred ninety four) pieces of amphetamine added drug name yaba tablets as were found on dated 18/06/2019 AD becoming present in the police station regarding that the complain case is making on that, General Diary No- 676 of Chandaish Police Station, Date- 18/06/2019 AD in the core in the police station area as were in duty we operated special operation. At the time of involvement in duty on dated 18/06/2019 AD at 01.05 OM at night under Chandaish Police Station in the areas of Gasabaria at the time of involvement in special duty the news has found through secret media that, the named 01 passenger taking yaba tablets from Cox's Bazaar to one Saint Martin through vehicle was going for the purpose to sell those in Dhaka. The vehicle is  no- Dhaka Metro- B 15-1074 Saint Martin transportation. Getting the above mentioned news immediately I have made informed to the officer in charge for the purpose to verify the truth of the news

For the purpose to take lawful steps accompanied with forces at the time at 01.10 under Chandaish Police Station in front of the Gasbaria College Gate Road and in front of the public road office from Cox's Bazaar to Chittagong on the brick mortar built highways as has reached the above mentioned vehicle has been found as has given signal made it stopped as per information of the secret news as was seated there in the seat no- D-1 Md. The above mentioned bags within white polishing bags 394 (three hundred ninety four) pieces of yaba tablets mixed with amphetamine were found, on its packages were written in English letter WY which was visible, the mentioned yaba tablets were in the light red color, weight around- 39.4 (thirty nine point four) gram, as has been rescued on dated 18/06/2019 AD at 02.05 PM at night the above mentioned signs as have been taken in the seizure list in presence of the witnesses which we have seized thereof.
