In sequence of previous investigation in publicly and secretly, as has seen the side witness and prove it has been found that, the victim of the complain case Showkot Ali who was the elected commissioner of ward no- 92 of Dhaka City Corporation and was popular political leader of BNP. He was a government contractor using the contractor license. The complaints Kamal Hossen Barkat, Nure Alam Mohsin, Hafizur Rahman Commissioner, Mosharraf Hossen. The complaint Kamal Hossen was the managing director and other complaints were directors. The housing ministry has booked 13.33 katha of land for the purpose of pond. The eight katha land as taken approval from Rajukthen by the money of the directors as has started to construc building as was ongoing of the construction of 1st floor then the complain Barkat Hossen Alias Barkat as MD of the organization from the owner of the garments as has received 55,00,000/- taka in advance to construct the building has paid. Other directors as have not received share and calculation have become angry. The complaint Nure Alam Mohsin, Hafizur Rahman Commissioner, Siddique Ullah, Mosharraf Hossen Akanda, were in favor of the complaint Kamla Hossen Barka. In 19996 when Awami League has come in power Showkot Ali Mridha has gone away somewhere else. The complaint Kamal Hossen Barkat receiving more amount of money from garments has paid to construct the building. In 1998 Chairman Showkot Ali as has made liable to seize about 25,00,000/- to the complaint Kamal Hossen Barkat then without having been any decision taken the meeting has ended. In 2009 after the care taker as has come in power coming back to the area again has started to apply power in everything. Beside he has tried to have election from Kishorganj- 1 national parliament seat. In his absent the popular terrorist, extortion receiver and porfessional killers anmed Saidur Rahman Neuton and Shahadat Hossen though has expanded influence he has tried to suppress them. has become their target. As for the election the complaint Kamal Hossen Barkat as has applied pressure among them their have started misunderstanding among them. The mentioned complaint Showkot Ali has given threat to kill as has been known from the witness of their counterparts. Few days before killing the Sjowkot Ali the complaints Saidur Rahman Neuton, Shahadat Hossen, Ali Azam, Rayhan, Tanga Babu, Kalam, and Neuton including others becoming divided in two groups in PWD office have attacked with explosion bombs. As he was not present in that day in there so he has saved his life from them. After two days later the complaint Abul Kalam in the home of Mirpur with Kamal Hossen Barkat, Nure Alam, Mohsin Sarwar, Abul Kalam, Tanga Babu in their present as has discussed if he can be killed Mohsin to pay money regarding that Tanga Babu as has given acknowledgement in the court in support of his speech thou there has no any supported witness the mentioned complaint of the killing charge is living in South Africa and not mentioning reason to kill in PWD office in Banani without expressing the reason of compalin . So who the killers are as has known in the mentioned acknowledgement from them. On dated 25/01/2009 AD at around 09.00 AM in the morning Showkot Ali from his own area the mentioend Iqubal Hasan, Kamal Uddin including Youfik in Banani BNP office for the purpose to go in front of the home as were stood to get taxi cab so in that time a call has come in the mobile phone. As he has recievdd the call the members of the killer group who were seated in the front seat of the mentioned taxi cab Nazmul Pasha Pavel and Jisan Ahmed in his leading the terrorists have shot him randomly. In different palaces of his body and in th eleft hand as has shot by the byllets. Mister Commissioner as has fallen in the seat of the vehicle the driver as has derived the vehilce taken to the neat garage. In loud screaming his brother Liakot Ali, Babul, Asaduzzaman by the way of taxi Showkot Ali Sikder in serious injury condition at first Sarwardi Hospital then to the Dhaka Medical Hospital been taken . After few minutes of taking to Dhaka Medical he ahs got dead. The injury driver Manir Hossen with others by the way of taxi is taken to Dhaka Medical Hospital.  From that place he ahs taken treatment from Dhaka Pangu Hospital. The complaints kamal Hossen and all of them though was situated in different Adarsha Bidda Niketan by the threat of the counterparts the mentioned Showkot Ali Mister has been hidden in the mentioned area of Savar. Savar police in the local area as were in disposable the mentioned private car no- Ga-11-5333 has been seized. The mentioned Barkat Mohsin as has been constructed the mentioned school so the mentioned complaints the directors as have been describing their names the complain ase has been made as because of making this complain case their family has been given threats. As the complaint Majsin Gang as has been gone in hidden the mentioned school Sajeda Begum, managing director and its witness Md. Ullah Bahar head master of the mentioned school then has made the complain case. In favor of the Barkat Mohsin the directors Siddique Ullah, Md. Hossen Akanda and other complaints as has made complaints in the complain case description the complainant including other complaints against them on dated 15/12/2001 AD.

To Police Commissioner, DMP as has presented the charge sheet with the general diary in Mirpur Police Station the mentioned complaints are Siddique Ullah Md. Hossen Akanda and Shah Alam Khan as the complainant has acknowledged to give them exempt so these three have made out from the charge sheet and after two years of the incident as has included other two complaints Osman Gani and Sadik Ullah then on dated 28/08/2005 AD to the additional I. G. P, C. I. D as has submitted the application in Mirpur Police Station Police of his unscrupulous death as has written with giving signature in complain case description.

After one day of the complain case description is made the duty of investigation has been ganded on the intelligence agency. The head master of the school Habib Ullah Bahar after long days later has observed the complain case. Later from the family of the complain case witness Tofael Ahmed has made the complain case. On dated 28/082003 additional I. G. P the complainant given as per the description of the application the complaints Siddique Ullah, Md. Hossen Akanda, Shah Alam by giving them exempt from the complain case, two of the complaints have been included in the complain case as has written Tofael Ahmed in the description which has been given to the investigation officer. By the influence of the mentioned Tofael Ahmed the complainant on dated 18/04/2006 AD in his given application in his given application on dated 28/08/2003 AD as he has mentioned that he has not given that description in complain of the seizing money against the Tofael Ahmed the complain case is made in the court by the chief contractor A B M Mortuza 5 years later after the incident of the mentioned incident so the complainant on dated 22/06/2006 AD another application is submitted to C I D. At the time of investigation of previously submitted complain case description though name and address of the complaints Khorshed Alam and Ratan correct they have not been made complaints in complain. After more than 2 years later in Dakkhin BISIC Adarsha Bidda Niketan by giving introduction as guard/ peon as per section no- 164 as per voice record Kajir Hossen no truth has been found. Rather after four days later of giving affidavit as has becoming fear the witness has been given as he has mentioned.

The complainant on dated 15/12/2001 AD to Police Commissioner, DMP, Dhaka, in her given application and on dated 5/022002 AD, in intelligence agency branch as per 1616 of the activity regulation in his voice records telling name and address after the two years of the incident local Osman Gani, Father- Late Chitu Madbar and Shafi Ullah, Father- Abdul Hannan against them though has applied as has relation with the incident as made complain in application against them to have involved with the incident no prove and witness has been found. Rather, Shafi Ullah before one and half month of the incident as was living in Tata Memorial Hospital in India for the purpose of treatment of cancer of his illness mother and after 8 days of the mother as has returned to the country the information has been found. Md. Osman Ali after the incident is in fled. Few months before of the complain case someone else from somewhere as has been shot him no complain case or GD is made. Regarding the complain case DB inspector has mentioned their investigation report. As has been investigated the above mentioned complain case it has been known that, Osman Gani, father- Late Chitu Madbar on dated 28/02/2001 AD as been arrested against the complaints as above mentioned in Mirpur Police Station Complain Case No- 21 is made on dated- 14/05/2002 AD.

I am certifying on that, I have carefully investigated register book as per section no- 341/329/331/5546/34 to be seen the complain case is made. S. I Abdul Kader and Shahadat Hossen against the penalty received complaints as has the investigation is accomplished so the final investigation report of the complain case no- 24 on dated 25/02/2009 AD has submitted. The mentioned Osman Gani in 2002 in Mirpur Market Business Association election as has made but he was not win.

The previous witness Kamal Uddin and Jakir Hossen to the address by giving then Mominul Islam, Md. Lalon. Md. Asaduzzaman, Nurunnabi, Shanaz Khan, Asgar Ali and Hasibul Haque at present as is in Saudi Arabia and Harun Ur Rashid, Matiur Rahman Vuya, Fatema Khan Alias as the application of the complainant was not possible to be questioned. The complaint Neuton, Father- Waliur Rahman, Dhanmondi Police Station complain case no- 25 (5), 152 of the incident against them were not possible to hand over for justice.

In the investigation, prove and witness the complain case as has brought in the police station in page no- 1 in column no- 5 as has mentioned as per section no- 332/326/123 B/34 the complain case as has been probed so the memorandum of the witness is submitted. The related senior authority and monitoring cell, receiving the order in C. I. D head quarters in no- 3/4 so against those mentioned complaints for having justice in the court the charge sheet has been submitted the application has been made to the authority to investigate the complain case. The above mentioned application of the complainant for observation and to investigate the complain case for submission the complain case in office memorandum no- ci/Dhaka Metro/PC/34-2003/49, date- 05/04/2007 AD to the special additional police super to have investigation and having been verified within 15 days to submit the memorandum of the witnesses as the order has been received the docket of the complain case has been again observed. I have visited the incident place and without the drawing of the incident place of the previous investigation officer so the draft map has been drawn and no errors have been found. The previous investigation officer as has questioned to all of the witnesses, so I am among those witnesses Md. Lalon, Mominul, Mrs Rozina Ajter have been questioned them again. They as like before as has answer the questions so to record their voice record is not necessary. As I have matched the reports I have known that the complainant of the complain case is in absent in the court, so to provide witness and prove I have given him notice. In the investigation, witness and probe the complainant brought in page no- 1 in column no- 3 as per section no- 332/326/123/B/34 to be seen primarily has been probed as truth so based on the discussion with the senior authority and based on the opinion of the Dhaka city and monitoring cell as per section no- 332/326/123/B/34 to be seen as has proved primarily as has received the charge sheet of the complain case the complaints as mentioned in column no- 4 and 5 for having been justice in the learned court on dated 23/09/2007 AD, as per section no- cizai/Dhaka Metro/PD/34-03/9469, Date- 23/09/2007 AD, against those mentioned complaints no probe and witness have been found in the learned court so the application has been made to give exempt from the complain case. The result of the complain case has been informed to the complainant. The incident of the complain as mentioned in column no- 6 the witnesses will probe in the learned court therefore.
