Subject- Regarding To Rule Order Related To Guide line For Approval Of Locally Prepared Types Of Motor Vehicles.
Reference- BRTA Memorandum No- 35.03.0000.003.31.004/18-667            Date- 14/02/2018 AD
There is informing as per above mentioned reference and subject on that, in case of approval of locally prepared specification or types of motor vehicles there is requested to comply the instructions of the subjects as mentioned in below-
(1) The application will have to be submitted to BRTA by the manufacturer for the approval of locally prepared types of motor vehicles.
(2) Local manufacturer must construct chasis. In addition the notice ruled in no- S. R. O No- 155-ain/2017/41/customs by the interior resource ministry of the finance ministry in that mentioned specified 05 important parts such as swing arm, wheel, fuel tank, handle bar and muffler (cylencer) of its one or more than one will have to be manufactured.
(3) The registration letter will have to be available as the manufacturer given by investment development board.
(4) The list of declared machineries and equipment will have to submitted by the related organization at the time of factory registration receiving from the investment development board.
(5) Trade license and TIN certificate will have to be available to the organization.
(6) The environmental release letter will have to be available by the environment directorate to construct the factory.
The license given by the fire service and civil defense for the factory will have to be available.
(8) Trade mark registration certificate from the patent, design and trade mark directorate will have to be available.
(9) Import registration certificate given by the Import Export Control Directorate will have to be available.
(10) The deed of contract regarding engine and other machineries among the importer and exporter (manufacturer) will have to be available.
(11) The documents related to import of engine and other machineries (as per brand and model): sich as L C/ L C A copy, bill of entry, bill of loading, invoice, packing list etc will have tpo be available.
(12) Catalogue given by the manufacturer (in case of local brand), manual (in case of international brand) and motor vehicle drawing will have to be available.
(13) At least one diploma or BSC graduate engineer from auto mobile/ mechanical skilled technical details of the factory will have to be appointed.
(14) The samples of the manufactured motor vehicles will have to be sent to BUET in front of the inspection team.
There will have to be verified whether it is in the specification limitation as mentioned in the regulation of motor vehicles by visiting physically by the permanent technical committee of BRTA of the manufacture motor vehicles.
