below schedule mentioned land of Tota Mia Palan, Father- Late Abdul Gafur Palan
in reference of succession and recorded in R. S ownership having in mind
possession and ownership as was need emergency cash taka and in exchange of
appropriate price last dated 26/02/1979 AD, in Savar Sub Registry Office
registered in saf kabla sale deed no- 1757 in the core the below schedule mentioned
land in Nikkon Housing Limited in 1913 as per company law registered in no- C
4494/153 (1974-75) 62/6 in Purana Paltan Road, Motijheel Commercial Area,
Police Station- Ramna, District- Dhaka in its favor Managing Director, Md. Ali
Akbar, father- Late Maji Uddin Ahmed, Village- Bagerhat, Police Station-
Katiadi, District- Moymanshingha at present address- 27/ E, Jakir Hossen Road,
E- Block, Mohammadpur, Dhaka to him the below mentioned selling by the saf kabla
deed and from the ownership of sold land having been made of its possession and
ownership understood to the mentioned company have become possession and
ownership less forever.

Then Nikkon Housing Limited in the core of the mentioned
saf kabla sale deed in reference of purchase in the below schedule mentioned
land as has become in mind of its possession and ownership in exchange of the
appropriate price the below schedule mentioned land last dated 16/02/1984 AD in
Savar sub registry office registered in the core of the saf kabla sale deed no-
3529 to S. A. M. Shahadat Hossen, Father- Sayed Mosharraf Hossen selling to him
by the saf kabla sale deed and from the possession and ownership fo the sold
land having been made understood of its possession to the purchaser Nikkon
Housing Limited has become possession and ownership less forever.
Then S. A. M Shahadat Hossen in the core of the
above mentioned saf kabla sale deed no- 3529 in reference of purchase in the
below schedule mentioned land having been in mind of its possession and
ownership last dated 18/05/2008 AD in the office of Assistant Commissioner
(Land) Savar Circle, Dhaka in the core of the name ruling and deposit case no-
12234/08 in the below schedule mentioned alnd in R. S khatian and R. S dag no-
592 in jote no- 29/15 ruling his name and making deposited un own name paying
its taxes to government ruling name in D. C. R payment receipt etc receiving the
documents from the related Tahsil (Land) office the below schedule mentioned
land by informing to all and without giving been problems from anyone else
having been enjoying its possession and ownership.
S. A. M Shahadat Hossen in his own possession the
below schedule mentioned land in exchange of total affectionate and love last dated
27/11/1417 in Bengali, 11/03/2011 AD on the day of Friday in presence of the
witnesses his elder brother I am the deed provider S. A. M. Sowkot Hossen
having been donated through orally from the possession of the below schedule mentioned
land physically to me the deed provider having been left its possession and
ownership from the below schedule mentioned land S. A. M Shahadat Hossen has
become possession and ownership less forever.
Then S. A. M Shahad Hossen in the below schedule mentioned
land on dated 27/11/1417 in Bengali as per 11/03/2011 AD by acknowledging the
donation last dated 12/05/2011 AD in Ashulia sub registry office registered in the
donation of declaration deed no- 8256 to me the deed provider has made
accomplished the registration of the deed therefore.

I am the deed provider in the mentioned
way in the below schedule mentioned land in reference of donation having been
in mind of its possession and ownership last dated 28/11/2011 AD to Assistant
Commissioner (Land) Savar Circle, Dhaka in that office in the core of the name
ruling and making deposit case no- 11492/11-12 in the below schedule mentioned
land in R. S khatian and R. S dag no- 592 in jote no- 771 ruling my name and
making deposited paying its yearly taxes to the government till dated today
accomplishing its parcha payment receipts etc and documents from the related
tahsil (land) office as has been received the below schedule mentioned land
having been made informed to all and without having been any problems from anyone
else is enjoying its possession and ownership peacefully.
As you both of the deed receivers among
them the no- 1 deed receiver is my elder sister and the no- 2 deed receiver is
my younger brother and I am the deed provider your own sibling brother as well.
I am the deed provider your sibling brother as well. I am the deed provider
from you the deed receivers having been of your non artificial love and
affectionate and care I am the deed provider to you having been satisfied on
exchange of love and affectionate and as for sign of it my own possession below
schedule mentioned land last dated 19/04/1419 in Bengali and on dated
03/08/2012 AD on the day on Friday in presence of the below schedule mentioned
witnesses to you the deed receivers having been donated orally and in the
donated below schedule mentioned land physically its share have been made
understood to you the deed receivers and you both of the deed receivers its
possession taking from me the deed provider physically in the below schedule
mentioned land receiving its possession and ownership by informing of all
peacefully the below schedule mentioned from the dated as above mentioned
having enjoying its possession and ownership.
As the below schedule mentioned land in presence
of the witnesses and important people its possession have been made to you
understood and you are the deed receivers have been received its possession and
ownership from the deed provider so on dated 19/04/1419 in Bengali and
03/08/2012 AD by informing to all peacefully enjoying the below schedule
mentioned land of its possession and ownership so from the above mentioned date
from the below schedule mentioned property I am the deed provider myself and in
my place the next successors have become possession and ownership less forever.

At present as there has made new laws so the below schedule
mentioned land as per dated 19/04/1419 in Bengali and 03/08/2012 AD in the core
of the donation deed as for sign of the transfer the declaration of donation
deed is registered therefore.
As last dated 19/04/1419 in Bengali and 03/08/2012
AD from that date the below schedule mentioned land from me the deed provider
in reference of purchase you are both of the deed receivers have become in mind
of its all of the possession and ownership so in the below schedule mentioned
land in the specified land office to the government of Bangladesh and in other
government and semi government office in a word wherever how much it is
necessary I am the deed provider or any of my previous owners cutting off name
or making adjusted and in that place there in the name of both of the deed
receivers ruling name and making deposited to the government in your own name
paying taxes: in your necessities the below schedule mentioned land to have all
types of transfer right to donate, sell, mortgage, exchange etc have been
enjoying its possession and ownership peacefully. So the below schedule
mentioned land you are both of the deed receivers own self and in your place by
your successors is to have enjoyed its possession and ownership. There I am the
deed provider wil not be able to make any types of demands or claims as well.
If in future there I am the deed provider or in my place from any successors
anyone makes any demands or claims then by all of the laws and courts it will
be disapproved and disregarded. The below schedule mentioned land in completely
problem free and in fresh condition to you both of the deed receivers in the
core of the donation deed in te mentioned way making transferred as for its
signs of acknowledgement is accomplished the donation deed of agreement
thereof.
There is to be clear on that, I am the deed provider
though unwanted in the overall description of the deed or regarding khatian,
dag in the schedule in a word if any types errors are found then the deed will
not be cancelled. Whereas in future if any errors are found in the deed or if
expressed, as soon as known those I am the deed provider to you both of the
deed providers with having been any excuses will be obliged to register and
accomplish the amendment deed. In future in the amendment deed if registered
and accomplished then it will be counted as one part of this deed
therefore.
