Mr Md. Habibur Rahman, Senior Assistant, Circle- 120 (Boitanik), Tax Zone- 6, Dhaka, has been applied for the purpose of his treatment in personal expenditure to visit for abroad (Thailand) from dated 05/09/2019 AD to 19/09/2019 AD or as per receiving VISA from date of tour start of 15 (fifteen) days for acquiring approval of leave. Based on his application for the purpose of treatment for going to abroad as has applied so as per section no- 3 (1) of leave regulation, 1959 he has been given approval of leave from dated 05/09/2019 AD to 14/09/2019 AD of 10 (ten) days or from date of tour start as per outgoing Bangladesh based on the terms and conditions as mentioned in below.
1. There will not any financial relation in this tour from the government of Bangladesh.
2. He will join in his own duty after the leave.
3. He will receive salary and allowances in the currency of the country during the time of tour.
4. He will return to the country in appropriate time after the tour.
