Is Criticism Of Government Regulation Seditious?

Nowadays worldwide in operation of government and politics one new trend is seen that, criticism of government regulation is considered as seditious. There is directly saying seditious as the strategy to suppress the different opinion providing people of own party and the opinion of the anti party. It is not saying as as the anti party or anti government. The seditious means having been involved with the activities which are against independence and sovereign of the state. The anti government can be the person who is involved with the conspiracy to destroy the constitution and government, power of the sovereign, population and specific geography of the state, in special cases again as per constitution it is different but any citizen of any independent country as per constitution enjoy the personal freedom such as independence in his behavior and manner. Any independent citizen suddenly making complain against him of seditious the trend is now tremendous in all of developed and non developed courtiers.

Another perspective specially is to be seen that not accepting the independent opinion from the professional people. Or making professional people obliged to involve in the politics of the party or making them obliged to get influenced by the ideology of the leader of the party. Analyzing different opinion is not going out of the ideology. Again in the name of the ideology any politics which is out of the moral accepting those in closing eyes cannot be said as ideology. Involving in the politics of the party to the professional people is a massive political practice in developed and non developed countries and in special cases developed capitalist socialism country is more complicated. So innovation of civil society worldwide is made. The interesting story is that this society is known as hybrid or divided by the political involvement.

Taking the training of journalism ideology are there needed to comply any blid ideology? The journalism or news has its own ideology- regulation; this is a information dependent- one individual rule. Information means supplying the flow of the information which is involved with the serious moral. The conception based incident is not true declaration, or it is not getting benefitted by spreading misleading or false information. If the truth is not possible to know immediately as because of lack of incident or lack of truth, those who are involved with the incident opinion of all of the parties are dependent in the logical presentation.

The criticism of media in Unites States of America has increased tremendously. Especially president Trump has started election campaign criticizing media which is increasing now gradually. Why media is as much as responsible? Why media had to be politically biased. Many people have raised this question as well. Actually media does not involve in politics it follows one ideology- which is in favor of the government. And following the editorial regulation means is it removing the truth? As for example CNN Television which is told as working in favor of Democratic Party. Is it truth? Or the ideology of Democratic Party is marched with the ideology of CNN television. However the complain can come, when traditional thinking is not good for all of the people. To go against of it again if the specific ideology party if stays in power then it is said as the conspiracy of media against the government. And somewhat more directly it is the activity against the state, which is now Modi government, is doing with very proudly. Thinking in one side makes easy to hit the counterparty in the politics. And if the regulation makers are the people of the administration then it is much easier to give complains in easy politics. If it is not civil society rather military administration then those who are in different opinion not only saying against the government by also it is easy to say against the state. Therefore CNN Television in outside world in its presentation of America is easily said as the seditious. Though, the CNN has given its explanation from regulation to give the answer.

The state has three departments administration department, justice department and law department out of that media is said the fourth department of the state. When against one department any complain is made to have involved in seditious then the matter should not be avoided as because it is dangerous. The countries across the world nowadays this trend is tremendous. Again raising the voice of nationalism the media has given examination of patriotism. As Myanmar has not published the truth news of genocide, Myanmar may be passed in the examination of patriotism in the media of Myanmar. The world leaders are also involved to spread the influence by using the media as weapon- this is truth (especially social media). (Recently the interference of Saudi Front regarding Aljajira television is in context. regarding that matter political scientists are not little less concern.

In Bangladesh Bangali and Bangladeshi Nationalism divided politics is now clearly visible and for the time being is contradictory. The independent media is now in order in the name of the regulation. In the name of the independence the administration group has become in the role of torture makers. By not broadcasting news of any special person is as same as banning of practice of free media. The patriotism journalism is now in complaining of anti state journalism. Again the looters of money from bank and share market, the land possessors, drug traders as per constitution are the anti state crime. Former ministers, advisors sometimes are regulation makers of the state and society. Regarding these anti state activities by not broadcasting news nowadays is told to obey the government in power. Is there any opportunity to comply with the government?
