02. Discussion-
In the beginning of the meeting the president has started the activity of the meeting giving greetings to all who are present. The meeting has been informed on that, for the increasing operational benefits including making sure up and down of the full loaded expanded airs in the Cox's Bazaar airport the project titled "Cox's Bazaar Airport Runway Expansion (2nd Stage)". The estimated expenditure of this project is 379271.10 (three thousands seven hundred ninety two crore seventy one lakhs ten thousands) taka and the time period has been specified January, 2019 AD June, 2021 AD.
2.2 Under this project the constructed benefits are- from the runway of the airport of 9000 feet to 12000 feet to be developed, prescription approach cat- 1 lighting system establishment, drainage system construction, preservation work of restriction wall, construction of road on the asylum taken restriction area, boundary wall and security fencing etc. There is to be mentioned that, Honorable Prime Minister promised as the priority project for the purpose to develop use appropriate international standard airport to have expanded air commute in the Cox's Bazaar airport a project is in continuous which is titled "Cox's Bazaar Airport Development Project (1st Stage)". Under the project to develop the existing runway of its length from 6775 feet to 9000 feet and width from 120 feet to 200 feet, increasing capacity of the runway, airfield lighting system construction, fire lighting vehicle purchasing, communication machines such as ILS, DVOR- DME etc construction including construction of the related works is getting accomplished. Under this project airport related almost all of the activities are near to be accomplished.
2.3 The meeting has been informed on that, the expenditure of the project as per PWD rate schedule 2018 has been projected. The president as has wanted to know about any problems regarding the land of the project the representative of Bechik has informed on that, the project mainly to the Maheshkhali channel will be implemented so there has no any problems regarding lands. The time duration to implement the project to have been specified regarding that in the meeting has been discussed. In that situation president has given consultation to specify the validity of the project period from January, 2019 to December, 2021 AD. Bechik chairman under this project fire lighting vehicle inclusive is needed regarding as has mentioned the subject president has become agreed.
03. After The Detail Discussion The Decisions Have Been Taken As Mentioned In Below-
A) The time duration of the project has been specified from January, 2019 AD to December, 2021 AD.
B) Fire lighting vehicle will have to be included in the project DPP.
C) The information related to DPP certification and MTBF will have to be included.
D) As per above mentioned decisions the re construction DPP will have to be sent urgent to the ministry.
04. Then as there has no more discussion the president by giving thanks to all in present has declared the meeting to be ended.

Subject- Regarding To Remove Land Which Has Shown In The Edge Of Maheshkhali Channel In Maheshkhali.

As per above mentioned subject and reference there is informing on that, for the purpose to expand and develop in international of Cox's Bazaar airport the project has been taken in titled "Cox's Bazaar Airport Development (1st Stage)- (2nd Amended)" by the Bangladesh Civil Aviation Authority. To implement the project the damaged landless families to have rehabilitation beside Cox' Bazaar district Sadar upazilla in Bakkhali river and Maheshkhali channel in Kharuschool mouza in asylum no- 2 the project is getting implemented. Under the project beside Maheshkhali coastal area and in the coastal areas Bashkhali river with sloop protection construction of restriction wall, canal reconstruction, construction of regulator and filling up soil with land development other activities ar getting implemented by Bangladesh Water Development Board.
02. Last dated 22/11/2016 AD in presence of the Honorable prime Minister in the Prime Minister Office under the Civil Aviation Authority a brief discussion meeting was hold regarding the project which is implementing under the Cox's Bazaar Airport Development Project, to expand the runway of Cox's Bazaar project (2nd Stage), Radar construction etc regarding the project. In the meeting Honorable Prime Minister at the time of construction works of runway expansion of Cox's Bazaar Airport in the show places of sketch map (copy is attached) the shown land to remove the orders have been given to take necessary steps. In that situation as per the instruction of the Honorable Prime Minister to the land shown in th sketch map for taking necessary steps last dated 29/10/2017 AD Water resource Ministry is sent letters. In that situation under the Water resource Ministry Bangladesh Water Development Board to increase renew of canal and different rivers to prevent the braking of rivers and for providing a water giving facilities as per sketch map the approved necessary length the dredging works are going on. On the other hand through dredging making the renewed to make appropriate for having commute of water transportation the work segregated lands removing BIWTA or in equal any other organizations is used to be constructed. With the above mentioned construction works as there has any relation with Bapauba so in the edge of Maheshkhali channel the work to remove the shown land or through any other organizations for the purpose of implementation taking necessary steps regarding has been informed.
03. In that situation, For the appropriate implementation of the project titled "Cox's Bazaar Airport Development (1st Stage) (2nd Amended)" the land as has shown in the edge of Maheshkhali Channel in Maheshkhali as per instruction for taking necessary steps there has been requested.
