The mentioned Guru das Pal in te core of the donation deed no- 3036 having been of its ownership of 22 decimals of biti home in mind in Nababganj Upazilla Assistant Commissioner (Land), ruling name and making deposited in case no- 1729/08-09 on dated 07/01/2009 AD in its core ruling his own name and making deposited having been enjoying the possession of ownership as because of his needs of emergency cash taka so he is on dated 27/01/2009 AD by the saf kabla sale deed in no- 492 registered in Nababganj Sub- registry Office ti me the deed provider selling by the saf kabla sale have become and ownership less forever.

I am the deed provider in the core of the mentioned saf kabla deed no- 492 in reference of purchase in the below schedule mentioned property having been in mind its ownership and possession in Nababganj Upazilla Assistant Commissioner (Land), ruling name in jote no- 1188 in that office and making deposited in case no- 743/10-11 on dated 19/09/2010 in the core in my name ruling name and making deposited till dated today without having been any objection and excuses in fresh and peacefully is enjoying of its ownership and possession therefore.
At present I am the deed provider as because of my family different reasons I have needed emergency cash taka so the below schedule mentioned property as I have proposed to sell publicly you are the deed receivers as has become wanted to purchase the property as of its present market price as has been specified the highest market price of 38,000.00 (thirty eight lakhs) taka the total amount of money receiving at once in presence of the witnesses with signatures in below from you as has received received in cash taka at one time so of my own possession the below schedule mentioned land property selling to you by the saf kabla deed of its sixteen ana possession leaving to you the deed receivers (buyers) and having been made understood of its possession I am the deed provider with my next successors have become possession and ownership less forever.
There you are the deed receivers (buyers) in the mentioned property all of its possession of ownership of all types in the Bangladesh government land and revenue office in place of my name ruling your own name and making deposited to have all types of transfer and changing rights including transfer of ownership of donation, sale, mortgage, exchange etc as having been there so what you wish you and your successors to have been enjoyed of its ownership and possession as well. There I am the deed provider or any of my successors will not be able to make any types of demands or objection regarding of its ownership as well.
If in future in the sold property I am the deed provider or any of my successors anyone else demands or claims any types of ownership then by all of the laws and courts it will be disregarded and cancelled. There in the below schedule mentioned land property all of its rights and ownership and possession to you the deed receivers have been transferred.
In the below schedule mentioned property I am the deed provider previously for the purpose to sell has become engaged in any advance payment contract as well or have not transferred any types of deeds to anyone else or making liable to any financial organization have not taken any types of loans the below schedule mentioned land property in completely fresh and problem free to you by thsi saf kabla sale deed by selling I have become possession and ownership less forever.
There is to be mentioned that, in the core description of saf kabla sale deed or in question of the title regarding its dag, khatian and surrounding if in future any types of errors are found then the saf kabla sale deed will not be cancelled in anyway, rather to preserve the lagl possession of the deed receivers the amendment deed will be obliged to register and accomplish.
There is to be mentioned that regarding the possession and interest of the transferred land if any types of false is said or truth is hidden therefore you the deed receivers regarding its possession or interest and use if faced any types of obstruction, then I am the deed provider will be obliged to refund the total price of the property which has been written in the sale deed and as because of the crimes I have made will be liable and punished lawfully and legally therefore.
