Private ownership real estate
business has been raised in Chandhaon police station in Chaittagong. One by one
cultivation land is getting destroyed even the canal was not left as well. The
land from fore father and soil of the home were also getting obliged to cut
off. Local people claim that, son of government party MP in the real estate
business now is furious so no one else is making protest in illegal protest.
Becoming suppressed of torture in reverse local people had to be fled as
becoming complaints. But the project director has denied about the complain
case of illegal possession.

in the possession of real estate business owners. Filling up the extended land,
the aristocrat real estate project is getting filled up by ponds and canal.
Local people complain, to preserve the land of ponds and canal no one else is
out there to stand beside them. Because he is the son of MP.

Local terrorists are controlling
Sanowar City constructed in Chandgaon police station in Chittagong. They are
not getting stopped by giving threats to the general people only; they also try
to attack on media as well. Local people complain that as per instruction of MP
son they attack on the general people. As a result no one wants to open mouths
regarding the torture. They claim that if picture is not shown they are agreed
to say everything. As opinion of the project director, all of the complains are
false fabricated complains. This is the final stage of the report which is
divided by two stages of Mohathir Faruqui taking with Faruque Hossen in the
camera of shahin Alam.

One residential project construction work is
getting very fast named Sanowar City in the massive area of Chandgao police
station in Chittagong. The purpose is to end construction work during the power
of present government. As because of the fear of the government party MP son
people are not agreed to talk in front of the camera.

come forward at the time to take picture by the investigation team of Ekushe
when physically has been visited.

The prove of the reality has been
found when talking with the local people from the village beside. They have
informed that administration does not to talk against them as well. Though
there have been faced attack but no complain case is made against them.

as telling the complain as false fabricated drama of torture and regarding the
subject of construction of the project cutting massive trees and filling up
cultivation lands.

informed that, regarding this subject they are not interested to talk. Because
of they give advertisement in the TV. They have also requested for not to
broadcast the news giving a letter to the chairman of Ekushe Television.

Protest against The Report Broadcasted By ETV
There is informing to attention
and kind information to all of the general people that, last dated 02/03/2012
AD on Friday in government TV channel Ekushe Television is broadcasted the
title 'Anushandhan' of 3 minutes 17 seconds video clip to it my client Mr
Mozibur Rahman is getting attention attracted. In the mentioned video clip the
broadcasted titled "Anushandhan" report is a false, fabricated and
filled up with misleading information as well as it has been broadcasted by the
intention of some of the bad purpose driven people. In the mentioned report
filling up cultivated land and constructing on that housing project and filling
up the land canal is being created regarding that news has been broadcasted. In
the report the statements from some of the people have been broadcasted as
well. The real truth is that lands of housing project of Sanowar Holdings
Limited are brought before 30 years ago and its beside the housing projects
such as in north for 7 years other residential areas of residential project by
CDA, Sanowar housing projects and with it the constructed project and in east
Shamoli housing, in north Ofa foundation constructed Ofa Foundation Housing, in
south Uttora Housing etc residential projects which were approved by CDA and
becoming inclusive in DAP of the government for the last 10 years as have been
constructed till the projects in today. The lands in mentioned housing project
meaning the none cultivated lands and since last 20 years the fallen lands as
have inundated by the water of the flood. In those lands no cultivation has
been made. The video clips from some of the other areas have been used in the
mentioned report that is also not understandable to my client. The statements
have been broadcasted they are not residents from this area and inside the
project they have also no any lands. Inside the project in reality those who
have lands their statements have not found any place in the mentioned
statements.
The person whom speech has been
broadcasted as named project director he is in reality is not project director
in the mentioned project. This is also false and fabricated false story
constructed by them. In addition by the special broadcast of their speech and
by not broadcasting the logical parts of their speech Ekushe TV authority has
violated the broadcast laws. His speech was the fallen land if it will be the
non cultivated land then only the residential project by Sanowar Holdings
Limited taken CDA project of residential project with other residential
project, Shamoli housing project, Ofa Foundation housing project, Uttora Housing
project the video document named 'Anushandhan" could have been mentioned
also in the investigation report. Out of the other residential prohects keeping
only Sanowar housing project in the Ekushe TV the named reporter Mohathir
Faruqui, Mohammad Faruque and cameraman including some of the people are very
inspired and very investigated mindset prove that, they have been appointed to
broadcast speech from some of the bad purpose driven group or they have been
broadcasted in exchange of money.
The activities as mentioned of
Ekushe TV are out of conscience and courtesy and serious one side and biased
news broadcasted without wrong efforts are nothing else and it is also shame
example of yellow journalism as well. In addition recently ETV as has lost
popularity from the audience and as the advertisement rate has increased so
Sanowar group as has stopped giving advertisement in Ekushe TV ETV has become
angry against Sanowar group so the misleading false news is started to
broadcast. The reporters have proved the sayings that, excess independence
leads to self center purpose driven. So without the approval of Sanowar
Holdings Limited in the rpoject area entering forcedly, broadcasting false
fabricated news of the people from outside and through adjusted edited video
clips with false fabricated news story etc by broadcasting that there have been
requested for not becoming misleading to the people. There is mentioned, with
taking outside people entering forcedly in the project area and taking video
illegally against that on dated 18th February in Chandgaon police station a
general diary no- 892 has been issued. Therefore Ekushe TV authority to
withdraw their broadcasted report and if this notorious activity is not stopped
for taking appropriate lawful steps against them by my client has been given
consultation therefore.
