The sincere request with due respect is that, I am S. I. Md. Habibur Rahman accompanied with S. I/ Md. Mohaffor Hosse, S. I/ Manirul Islam, S. I/ Jakir Hossem, S. I/ Hamidul Islam, A. S. I/ Saiful Islam, Kang/ 975 Rafiqul Oslam, Kang/ 1295 Iqubal Hossen, All of them are Narshingdi Model Police Station, Narshingdi, arrested complaints 1. Mahmud Hossen Chowdhury Alias Sumon (33), Father- Late Gias Uddin Chowdhury, Address- Baniachal, 2. Md. Shafiqul Islam Alias Jhinuk (42), Father- Md. Bazlur Rahman, Address- 217 Baniachal, 3. Bulbul Amin (37), Father- Late Abdul Halim Khan, Address: Dagria, 4. Khalilur Rahman Alias Khalil Master (50), Father- Harun Ur Rashid, Address- 107/1, Bagdi, 5. Md. Touhid Uddin Buya (29), Father- Siraj Uddin Vuya, Address: South Puran Para, All of Police Station And District- Narshingdi and from their preservation rescued 19 (nineteen) pieces of cocktails including presenting in the polcie station and regarding teh complainm case is making on that, Narshingdi Model Police Station GD no- 204, Date- 04/02/2018 AD in th ecore in teh police station area with the arrest warrant and as has rescued drugs at the time of duty by the secret news it has been known that, in this police station in Baniachal in teh field of Moulovi Bazar some of the people with suspicion taking something in the bag as were in discussion. As per the above mentined news having been discussion with teh senior authority for the purpose to verift teh truth accompanied with officer forces at teh time 20.40 PM under the Narshingdi Model POlice station as were situated in Moulovi field in the north side teh complaint Mahmud Hossen Chowdhury Alias Sumon in teh left of teh gate of his home as has reached under the coconut trees some the people as were tried to be fled teh above mentioned complaints were tried to arrest. Others were got fled away. As they have been asked the reasons of having been congested in that place they have told in different things in diffrent times so we have become in doubt. The present witnesses 1. Md. Rakib (25), Father- Md. Haris Mia, Addrss: West Velanagar, 2. Md. Sarwar Hossen (24), Father- Md. Kabir Mia, Address: Shongita Ghoradia, 3. Md. Amin Mia (24), Father- Md. Kadir Mia, Address: Baniachal, All of Police Station And District- Narshingdi in presence of them as has searched to them under the coconut trees within a shopping bag as were rolled by the red costapes similar to be seen as like container of tobaco 19 (nineteen) pieces of cocktails as has found at the time at 21.15 PM in te core of teh seizure list as habe been seized in teh list teh witness of teh witnesses has been received. As they have been asked regarding teh cocktails they were unable to answer any right answers and they were in silent. Sharif Rana, Father- Abdul Aziz, Address- Charangadi Palash, A/ P- Velanagar, 12. Md. Arif, Father- Kamrul Islam, Address- Nagriakandi, 13. Md. Hasanuzzaman Alias Hasan, Father- Unknown, Address- Shalidha, 14. Imran, Father- Mozammel, Address- Kamargaon, 15. Amzad Hossen, Father- Ayes Ali, Address- Hjoradia Vuya Bari, 16. Shamim Sarkar, Father- Unknown, Address- Jazipur, 17. Jony, Father- Abdul Hai, Address- West Dattapra, 18. Moin Uddin, Father- Bedan Mia, Address- Upazilla Moor, 19. Bedan Mia, Father- Unknown, Address- UMC, 20. Mostakim Panna, Father- Toyebur Rahman, Address- Comilla Colony, 21. Deen Mohammad Dipu, Father- Unknown, Address- East Bagdi, 22. Osman, Father- Inknown, Address- Bilasidi, 23. Kjoka Mia, Father- Unknown, Address- Vagdi, 24. Shamim, Father- Unknown, Address- Shalidha, All of Police Station And District- Narshingdi including some other unknown 10/ 12 complaints with them. The above mentioned complaints are leader and activists of a particular polirical party. For the purpose to make movement speedy and at the time of picketing to use the above mentioned cocktails they have preserved those in own preservation. The above mentioned complaints including some other unknown 10/ 12 complaints keeping in preservation to them the above mentioned cocktails supporting to the work has made crime as per section no- 4/ 6 of explosion material (amended) law- 2002. As has operated operation in some other palces having been discussion with teh senior authority coming to the police station ther has somewhat late to make this complain to the police station.
Therefore, making the regular complain case against the above mentioned complaints as per mentioned sections: to manage the investigation activity there is to be in consideration.
