I have sent the victim Dr. Ayesha Siddiqua Jui (27) to get her rape related medical report with the application letter of Department head, Forensics Medicine Department, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka and I have collected her rape related medical report. The received medical report as has been observed it has found that Dr. Mrs Touhuda Begum M. B. B. S. BCS (Health) OSD Health Directorate, Professor Forensics Department, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Dhaka the victim of the complain case Ayesha Siddiqua Jui (27) of her rape related medical examination in her sent medical report opinion has been given on that Considering physical examination findings & microbiological reports. I am of the opinion that the victim named Ayesha Siddiqua Jui had signs of sexual intercourse which is not recent and forceful. I have sent the application letter to Special Police Super (Immigration) in Special Bench, Malibag, Dhaka to take necessary steps to arrest the complaint Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif Uddin (32) of his passport no- BN- 0628170 when he returns from abroad to the ari port and I have collected the memorandum. Mohammad Arif Uddin (32), Passport No- BN0628170 using that passport last dated 03/10/2018 AD for the purpose of higher education has gone to Malaysia. The complaint Monzururl Haque Mohammad Arif Uddin (32) whether has given divorce to the victim (complainant) Dr. Ayesha Siddqua Alias Jui (27) verifying those with the investigation report of the divorce certificate of its attested copy as has supplied is sending to the police station for taking necessary steps I have applied to the Officer In Charge, Police Station- Sutrapur, DMP, Dhaka and I gave collected the attested copy of the divorce certificate with investigation reports to verify the divorce certificate. I have supplied all of the documents related to the incident of the complain case. I have applied to the learned court for extending the time duration to investigate the complain case. I have sent E/S. I have collected SCD. The names and addresses of the complaints have been found correct in the mentioned SCD. The honorable Additional Deputy Commissioner (Mohammadpur Zone And Administration) has investigated the complain case.

I have investigated massively in publicly and secretly the complain case. At the time of investigation of the complain case, in prove, witness and investigation and in supplied investigation and as has observed the related documents submitted by the complainant it has known that the victim of the complain case Dr. Ayesha Siddiqua Alias Jui (27) with him the complaint Md. Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif uddin (32) since dated 17/02/2013 AD as per Islamic Shariah in the core the register marriage deed they have got married. After few days later of the marriage the above mentioned complaint including his parents with support of his brothers and sisters for demanding dowry as were tortured physically and mentally so against the complainant in Paltan Police Station complain case no- 35 (07) 14 as per section no- 11 (C)/ 30 of Women And Children Suppression Law, 2000 (Amended- 2003) is made. In the mentioned complain the complaint as was in bail so the complaint as has been given some of honor deteriorating status on Facebook so again the complainant as per section no- 57 (1) of Information, Communication And Technology Law, 2006 the complain case no- 01 (01) 15 in Shahbag Police Station has made. The complain case 1st as was in justice in the learned court and the 2nd complain case as was in investigation based on the discussion in between both of the parties the mentioned complaint for the crime of him which has made as has shown regretful for the crime he has made and giving his wife the complete rights of wife as has promised the complainant has reached in settlement to have family in couple life for the purpose of happiness and the complainant as has withdrawn the complain case last dated 01/08/2016 AD under Mohammadpur Police Station in Dhaka Uddan in Road No- 02 in House No- 26 of its 6th floor have started living as husband and wife. The above mentioned as per regulation filling up the tenancy information form regularly is living in the home: and is paying the rent regularly. last dated 01/08/2016 AD after starting to gave living in the mentioned home the mentioned complaint as has taken sexual arousal medicine is involved in the altered sex with the complainant. Later the mentioned complaint to the complainant to get torture physically and mentally again the complainant as has become helpless the above mentioned complain case no- 10 (11) 18 in Mohammadpur Police Station against the complaint as per section no- 11 (C)/ 30 of Women And Children Suppression Law, 2000 (Amended- 2003) is made. The complain case later for the next investigation is transferred to DB (West) DMP, Dhaka. the complain case alter at the time of investigation the investigation officer of the complain case has informed that the mentioned complaint Md. Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif Uddin (32) last dated 20/10/2014 AD has given divorce to the complainant. The complainant and complaint as has not engaged in marriage again their marriage life is not lawful in the eyes of laws so the investigation officer in the mentioned complain case the final report (wrong information) has been submitted. The mentioned complaint Monzururl Haque Mohamamd Arif Uddin to the complainant last dated 20/10/2014 AD though divorce has been given the above mentioned subject of divorce keeping secret with the complainant for almost 5 years is living together illegally as husband and wife and kept continued physical relation and sex. Finally last dated 21/09/2018 AD at around 10.00 PM at night the above mentioned complaint has raped to the complainant. Later as the information about divorce has got published the complainant becoming known and informed regarding the news in the police station the complain case ahs been made. The complain case at the time of investigation marriage/ divorce register and Kazi Abul Bashar Md. Aliur Rahman, Address: 19, Karkun Bari Lane (Kalata Bazaar) Sutrapur, Dhaka from there the complainant has been given the attested copy of the divorce certificate. A. S. I. Md Abdul Khalek, Police Station- Sutrapur, DMP, Dhaka in his given investigation  report and the complainant given attested copy of the divorce certificate in its observation the complaint Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif Uddin (32) to the complainant as the divorce has been given the truth of the incident has been found. The complain cae at the time of investigation, in prove, witness and investigation, and at the time of investigation of overall situation the complainant submitted related documents of the complain case as has observed the incident in the complain case the complain case description complaint Monzurul Haque Mohammad Arif Uddin (32) against whom as per section no- 9 (1) of Women And Children Suppression Law, 2000 (Amended- 2003) for the purpose to submit in the learned court as the opinion was wanted to the senior authority I have submitted the memorandum of the witnesses.
