I am the signature provider in
below as I have been appointed from my client honorable parliament member Md.
Golam Moula Rony as per his consultation to you the notice receivers regarding
that the legal notice is given on that-
1. As my client in reference of
birth is a citizen and permanent resident of Bangladesh. He has born of the
most respectful Muslim family in Bangladesh. He is higher educated honest,
sincere, courtesy and very respectful person in Bangladesh. He has achieved L.
L. M Degree in 1993 and L. L. B (Honors) in 1992 from the University of Dhaka which
is known as the Oxford in Eastern. He has involved himself in the politics from
his student life. He was very sincere activist of Bangladesh Chatra League. In
the work life my client is operating different businesses beside politics. He
has established himself as the skilled politician and successful business per
through short time by hard work, skill, honesty and qualification. My client is
now is a parliament member of Bangladesh National Parliament.
2. As my client is the managing
director of Saybolt group. Saybolt group is one of the limited company named
Saybolt Limited and Saybolt group of its subordinate other five business organizations
are 1) Saybolt Adjusters, 2) Saybolt Express, 3) Natdita Enterprise, 4) Net
Access Bangladesh, 5) International Multimedia Advertising. My client himself
is the owner of above mentioned five business organizations. There are more
than 5 thousands employees are appointed under the organizations of my client.
3. As Bangladesh Awami League is
one of the main political party in Bangladesh. My client is involved with the
political ideology of Bangladesh Awami League. As because of his personal image
in politics in qualification and skill last 9th national parliament election,
he has received nomination in the seat of 113, Patuakhali- 03 from Bangladesh
Awami League. Many senior leaders from that mentioned seat have not received
nomination from Bangladesh Awami League. My client has been elected Member of
Parliament defeating the counterpart nominee by the massive difference of votes
from Patuakhali seat no- 03 by contesting in the election of National
Parliament of Bangladesh. He has achieved the highest votes among the Barishal
division in parliament election. The seat of Patuakjali no- 03 is one of the
biggest parliament seat of Bangladesh. My client is the representative of five and
half lakhs people from t mentioned seat. As the public representative he is
complying duties and responsibilities with sincerity and cordiality of all of
the public welfare activities including the overall development of the area.

He is contributing important role
in the national parliament session for the sake of people and for the purpose
of development of the country as a young parliament member in the national
parliament of Bangladesh. He is one of the important members of Communication
Ministry of Government of the People's Republic Of Bangladesh.
4. As you are the notice
receivers having been mutually communicated for the purpose to damage the image
and reputation of my client last dated 23/05/2010 AD in the daily Kaler Kantho
newspaper in the 1st page in column no- 2 in titled "MP Rony Is Above All"
by that title you have published news or images of false, groundless and
fabricated story.
5. As you are the notice receivers
are the professional journalist. Through the news paper you have the right to
publish truth, correct and right news. But by publishing false, fabricated and
honor damaging news you have no right lawfully to damage reputation of ideal
and honest character person as like my client. You are to harass my client for
damaging his political carrier and for the purpose to spoil his image and
reputation of business and politics in the country and abroad you have
published false, groundless, fabricated reputation damaging news as well.
6. My client is a honest,
qualified, skilled and successful politician of Bangladesh Awami League. He is
as because of his qualification, sincerity, hard work and talent power has
achieved in the high rank in one of the you political party such as Bangladesh
Awami League. He is in his personality and qualification as the successful
young politician and business person has achieved and elected MP. In his local
election area including all of the areas of the country my client Md. Golam
Moula Rony has become known one of the honest and ideal politician.

7. You are the notice receivers
mutually communicated for having been profitable in the ~Kaler Kantho"
news paper last dated 23/05/2010 AD by publishing false fabricated quotation
and news to the honorable prime minister and Awami League president and to the senior
leader and activity and general people the reputation and image have been
damaged of my client and in his election area to the general people, voters,
relatives and friends you have made him inferior.
As a result of the above mentioned false news in the national and international
level of my client have become damaged of values reputation, image, honor and business
in price of 200 (two hundred) corore taka.
8. In that situation, within 3
days of receiving this notice against my client last dated 23/05/2010 AD in te
daily ~Kaler Kantho" newspaper in top titled ~MP Rony Is Above All"
withdrawing the above mentioned false and fabricated news through the national
newspaper in favor of my client to have mercy you are the notice receivers
specially have been requested. Otherwise, my client as per civil and criminal
case of the country against you the notice receivers will be obliged to take
lawful steps. Then all of its responsibilities you will have to be taken
therefore.
